From sign-up to your first real payment. What we ask about your business, how the review works and what approval unlocks.
We review every store before it takes real payments. It happens once, and it usually takes 1–2 days.
Sign up
Sign up with your email address. We send you a sign-in link, so there's no password to remember.
Tell us about your business
Onboarding asks for your store's name, the kind of business you are with its legal name, the country you're based in, what you sell, and your website if you have one.
Wait for the review
While we check your details, signing in shows where your review stands, with a summary of what you sent us. There's no need to keep the page open: we email you as soon as you're approved, and Check status looks again at any time.

Start taking payments
Open your dashboard from the approval email. If you still see the review page, sign out and sign back in.
What approval unlocks
- Live payments through your hosted checkout.
- Live API keys for your integration.
- Payouts to your bank account.
Your dashboard also has a test mode, so you can try the whole flow with test payments before a real buyer sees it. See Test mode.
If we can't approve your store
The review page says so. Write to support@lollipay.cc and we'll tell you what we'd need to take another look.
